Michael Scott Longpré, born April 5, 1967 in Laramie, Wyoming, died September 27, 2003 in Kingwood, Texas at the age of 36. Mike graduated from Rice University in 1990 where he was a member of their Golf Team.  He went on to become a member of the Professional Golfers Association, and have a career that spanned 11 years with Deerwood Country Club as a golf professional.

 
Mr. Longpré is survived by his wife, Sarah Longpré of Kingwood, TX; parents, Kathy and John Longpré of Humble, TX; brother, Kevin Longpré and his wife, Stephanie of Houston, TX, and their children, Michael, Jacob, and John Longpré; and many other loving family members.

Visitation will be 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at Kingwood Funeral Home.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 2, 2003 at St. Martha Catholic Church, 2302 Oak Shores Dr. in Kingwood, TX, with Msgr. Chester Borski officiating.
